In essence it just documents the obvious.
- List out the task(s) that should be accomplished.
- Set out all the steps involved.
- Draw the various routes from one to another
- Find out who is accountable for each step and assign departments/roles.
- Test the workflow we’ve created.
- Train your team on the new workflow.
- Deploy the new workflow.
