A second module was developed for Somerset Emergency Volunteers to record the volunteers. Volunteers can now register online and supply all their info that is needed for health and safety and insurance needs before they turn up. They can also say when they are able to help. SEV Staff can then plan and allocate with efficiency. Lunches are even prepared from this data in advance to feed the ‘troops’.
