Invoicing and admin Software for Playgroup
When this client approached us for a solution to their problems, we knew that FileMaker could provide the answer. Not only would it be the invoicing software they were looking for, it would be the ideal product to help in other administrative areas.
Client: Willow Lodge Montessori School situated in the village of Lytchett Minster, they provide nursery education for children from 3 months to 6 years. Established in 1998, the aim of the school is to provide an environment in which children can develop naturally, learning and exercising such skills as are necessary for healthy development.
Their requirements: to automate an existing system which was based upon paper, computer and memory and instead provide admin and invoicing software that could also link into other aspects of the school and ease administrative procedures.
- Firstly enter term dates, holidays, session codes, costs and discounts
- Enter details for individual children, including booked sessions
- Forecast booked sessions over a date range. This gave projected and actual daily registers.
- Show class attendants for any session, number requiring lunch etc. Allowing dynamic updates and changes.
- Produce monthly or termly invoices in advance (and interim ones as necessary showing amendments and changes to pre booked sessions.)
- Keep account of all payments, amounts outstanding and produce monthly reports
